  Susan Marie Milburn, 78, of West Plains, Missouri, came into this world on October 25, 1945, in Watertown, New York, the daughter of Kermit and Berdetta DeLadurantey and passed away on April 8, 2024, in West Plains, Missouri.

  She is survived by three sons, Charlie Wharton and wife Melissa of Willow Springs, Missouri, Bryan Wharton and wife Tanya of Springfield, Missouri, Darrell Milburn of West Plains, Missouri, one daughter, Lisa Russo and husband David of Temecula, California, two brothers, Joeseph DeLadurantey of Queens Creek, Arizona, Michael DeLadurantey of Newport Beach, California, one sister, Cynthia DeLadurantey of Angier, North Carolina; ten grandchildren, and two great- grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

   She is preceded in death by her parents and one child Marni Kay Stubbs. And her significant partner for over 30 years, Bill Johnson.  

 Susan liked to go shopping, and was always looking for a good bargain, she loved her animals, she worked at the West Plains Senior Center. She was a kind and caring lady, with a kind heart for everyone. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

   Susan was loved by all who knew her and will be sadly missed.

Graveside Services for Susan Marie Milburn, Age 78, of West Plains, Missouri, will be held on Saturday April 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. At the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.   Pomona, Missouri with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in West Plains, Missouri.

    My mom and Sue were the best of friends.
    I know that my mom Leslie was up at the Pearl gates waiting for your mom.
    So sorry for your loss.

    Words cannot express how very sorry I am to hear about Sue’s passing. I have known her my entire life. She was a great friend, loving mother, hard worker and an animal lover. I know that Sue and mom are having a amazing time together in heaven now. With deepest sympathy, Heather Bradley
