Rebecca Annette Brown was born in Galveston, Texas on October 10, 1974, the daughter of James Curtis Henry and Debra Baxter Henry, and passed away on November 15, 2021 at her home in Thayer, Missouri at the age of 47.

She was united in marriage to Edward Marshel Brown on September 9, 1990 in Wirth, Arkansas.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her father, James Curtis Henry; and two sisters, Michelle Bilberry and Rachel Brewer.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Brown; her mother, Debra Baxter; her adoptive parents, N.L. and Sandra Harvey; three sons, John Brown, Caleb Brown and Seth Brown; five grandchildren; three sisters, Regina Holland, Rhonda Upchurch, and Tana Henry; one brother, James Curtis Henry; many adoptive brothers and sisters; other relatives; and many friends.

Rebecca was a Christian and attended Common Ground Church with her husband, Ed.

She received her GED at Ozarka College in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and later attended Drury College in Thayer, Missouri and received an associate degree.  She worked as a CNA at Shady Oaks Healthcare in Thayer, Missouri and later worked as an EMT.

Rebecca enjoyed her dogs, but most of all she loved her family, especially her kids and grandkids.

She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Graveside services for Rebecca Annette Brown will be held on Friday, November 19. 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thayer, Missouri with Robbie Bonser officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to service time at Rose Hill Cemetery in Thayer, Missouri.

Burial will be on Friday, November 19. 2021 in Rose Hill Cemetery in Thayer, Missouri with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.
