Nora Darlene Hill was born August 27, 1957, to Harold and Nola (Baldridge) Angotti in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, and departed this life on May 28, 2026, at Eagle Crest Nursing and Rehab Center in Ash Flat, Arkansas, at the age of 68 years old.
Darlene was preceded in death by her loving husband, Murl Hill; her sister, Brenda Angotti; and her mother, Nola Angotti.
Darlene attended school in El Paso, Illinois and lived in Bloomington, Illinois another 35 years. Later she moved to live with her dad in Wirth, Arkansas.
She worked at The Pantagraph Newspaper for 12 years, receiving top honors. She was also a businesswoman for 8 years and co-owner of Six-A Greenhouse. She played the saxophone. She obtained a ministerial license. She loved to make jams and pickles to give away. She attended floral seminars with her mother. She loved plants, and always had many, many of them. She especially enjoyed the holidays and family get togethers.
Darlene is survived by her father, Harold Angotti; her four sisters, Priscilla (Tom) Kapraun, Geneva (Robert) Gray, Rowena Angotti, and Tiffany (Tolu) Akinbile; her four brothers, Glenn (Leona) Angotti, George Angotti, Charlie Angotti, Orielle Angotti; and her eleven nieces and nephews.
Officiating will be Brother Wayne Hurst. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Peak, Nathan Kapraun, Joshua Kapraun, Eli Angotti, Charlie Angotti, And Jeremy Hurst. Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Allen Peak II, and James Kenneth Schaal II.
Aย Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at theย Carter Funeral Home Chapelย of Thayer, Missouri.
A Funeral Service will be atย 2:00 p.m. following the visitation.
Burial will be on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Wirth Cemetery of Wirth, Arkansas.

We only knew each other for a short time, but in that time, we became great friends. You are a Beautiful and caring person, and I will miss you dearly. I Love you Darlene, and I know our time together will always be precious in my mind..
