Graveside services for Nancy Lee Batesel, 65, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Fowler Cemetery with Reverend Gale Wooten officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
She was born the daughter of the late Camby Batesel and Mary C. Casto Batesel, on October 13, 1946 in Hocomo, Missouri and died April 8, 2012 in West Plains, Missouri.
She is survived by two brothers, Camby “Sonny” Batesel, wife, Shirley, Marshfield, Missouri, and Paul Batesel, wife, Sarah, Mayville, North Dakota, and several nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, Camby and Mary C. Batesel, and one sister, Maxine Sanders.
Burial will be in Fowler Cemetery, Howell County, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

I remember going to church with Nancy and her mother when I was a child. I can still remember listening to Nancy sing. She especially liked to sing “Amazing Grace.” You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have such fond memories of Nancy and Mary and your whole family when we all went to church at Fowler Chapel. Nancy was always humming a song. We just want you to know you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
