Louis Eugene Whiteside, 93, of West Plains, Missouri passed away on September 9, 2023, at his home. Louis was born January 4th, 1930 to Luther James Whiteside and Anna Elizabeth Presley in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. Louis married the love of his life, Frances Marie Junkins on May 21, 1949, in Thayer, Missouri. During this union three children were born, Richard, Kyle and Bonnie. Louis was for 23 years an Electrical Job Superintendent in business construction.
Louis is survived by his two sons, Richard Whiteside and Kyle (Rebecca) Whiteside; brother, Gary Neal Whiteside; sister, Mary Alice Langle; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Louis is preceded in death by his parents, Luther James Whiteside and Anna Elizabeth Presley; wife, Frances Marie Junkins; daughter, Bonnie Stovall; brother, Roy James Whiteside, and one grandchild.
Graveside Services will be on September 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Mint Springs Cemetery, off of Highway 142 on Co Rd 9290, Howell County, Missouri.
