    Mary and David,
I want to extend my deepest sympathy to each of you on the loss of Kermit. I have fond memories of him roaming through the hallways of WPHS. Also, I enjoyed visiting with him a few years back for our last Class Reunion(Class of 1981) which was our 35th. We had a very nice phone conversation with each other which I will never forget. Kermit was always quiet and for the first time I was able to get him to talk which was very nice. The both of you will be in my prayers/thoughts. May God comfort, encourage, and support each one of you through this difficult time. May God Bless Each One of You.
    In Christian Love,

Mary, I am so very sorry. We have had a lot of really good times at hunting camp. I know that we have not had a lot of contact the last few years but you both are very dear to me. I pray God’s mercy and grace for you and the rest of the family

It was my pleasure to work with Kermit at West Plains High School from 1977 to 1980. Kermit was a professional. He related so well to the students. He liked them. He respected them. He was fair with them. My sympathies to his family. Ron Crain, WPHS Principal, 1977-1980
