Kathleen (Kathy) Fowler passed away April 20, 2024, in Branson, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Missouri.
Interment will be on Thursday, April 25, 2024, in Jeff Cemetery, Thayer, Missouri with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.

Kathy was the sweetest lady and neighbor. She was my daughter Mackenzie’s best friend. Kenzie would go over and sit with Kathy and visit. Kathy treated her like she would a grandchild. Our hearts are broken from her loss. I can still her Kathy’s voice and laughter. RIP sweet Kathy until we meet again. Mike, Stephanie, Mackenzie, Sean, Elijah and Jonathan Greeley. ❤️

Kathy was a dear friend and she will be greatly missed. I will always remember her quick wit and fun laugh.. I’m so sorry I couldn’t get to her service. I will cherish all the memories we had together. She suffered so long with her back pain, May she now be able to rest in peace ❤️
