     Doyle W. Irby, 78, of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas passed away on July 4, 2023 at his residence. Doyle was born January 27, 1945 in Pontiac, Michigan to the parents of Vall Irby and Delena Exie Terry. Doyle married Judith Ann Reimers in Fulton County, Arkansas on August 26, 1962. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. Doyle was baptized on September 1, 2021 by Pastor Morgan.

     Doyle enjoyed traveling in the RV, and loved fishing with his dogs. Cold Springs was a place of many memories for Doyle . He had a good time going to the river and lakes, especially with his last black lab, Nikki. He would go backroading with his dog Lilly to watch squirrels and deer too. Doyle also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

     Doyle was survived by his wife, Judy, nieces, nephews and many friends.

     Doyle was preceded in death by his parents, Vall and Delena Irby, sister, Juanita Vonallmen, brothers; Donald Irby and infant brother David Leroy Irby.

     Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959

     Family wishes to extend their gratitude and thanks to Pastor Morgan for all his time, effort and compassionate care.

     Visitation will be at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc of Thayer, Missouri on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 2 p.m.

     Funeral will be at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. of Thayer, Missouri at 3 p.m.

      Interment will be on Friday, July 7, 2023, in Fryatt Cemetery, Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.

    We mourn the passing of Doyle. He & Judy were wonderful neighbors for many years when we lived in the Fryatt community and he will be missed.

    My heart hurts…..Doyle & Judith were great friends & neighbors and I cherish any and all time I got to spend with them. May God comfort Judith at this time and surround her with his peace that passes all understanding! He will sure be missed!

    Doyle was my friend for over 60 years he was a great person always ready to help anyone he will be truly missed
