Funeral Services for Frank Carver, 98, Pomona, Missouri, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains with the Minister Jeremiah Woodring, officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
He was born the son of the late Robert Leonard Carver and Sarah Turner Carver, on October 20, 1912 in Olden, Missouri and died October 12, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
He was united in marriage December 15, 1934 in Hardy, Arkansas to Mary Ellen Rieck, who preceded him in death April 15, 1999.
He is survived by two daughters, Anna Marie Kliffmiller, husband, Ivan, Industry, Illinois and Gladys Irene Mannbeck, husband, Ron, Owasso, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren.
Dwight R. Young

Funeral Services for Dwight Roy Young, 74, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at Smith Chapel Church, Gainesville, Missouri, with Minister Richard Martin officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
He was born the son of the late Arie Gordon Young and Imo Jane Loftis Young, on September 8, 1937 in Gainesville, Missouri and died October 7, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
He was united in marriage June 23, 1962 in Newkirk, Oklahoma to Joy Kathleen McKenzie.
He served in the United States Air Force for twenty years. During his exemplary military career Technical Sergeant Young was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal; Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with Two Oak Leaf Clusters; Air Force Good Conduct Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters; Army Good Conduct Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal; Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon with Four Oak Leaf Clusters; Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Noah E. Collins

Noah E. Collins, son of the late Leonard and Winnie Collins, was born September 20, 1934 in Willow Springs, Missouri and died October 1, 2011 in Willow Springs, Missouri at the age of 77 years.
He was united in marriage in 1960 to Ardena Philpott and to this union five children were born, Rhonda Davidson, husband, Donald, Sheila Collins and Melissa Collins, all of West Plains, Missouri, James Collins and wife, Martha, of Willow Springs, Missouri, and Laura Greer, husband, Chris, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He has sixteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Len Ogle Judd
Funeral Services for Len Ogle Judd, 81, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, with Reverend Nolan Earls officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, West Plains.
He was born the son of the late Ogle Tharp Judd and Olive Marie Bay Judd, on March 26, 1930 in Thomasville, Missouri and died October 2, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
He was united in marriage October 16, 1951 in Salem, Arkansas to Elsie Ferguson.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Ferguson Judd, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; two children, Marvin Judd, wife, Elaine, West Plains, Missouri, and Norvella Kennedy, Mountain Home, Arkansas; four sisters, June Ford, husband, David, Peace Valley, Missouri, Joyce Gualandi, Sublett, Illinois, Dolly Wadlow, husband, Jim, West Plains, Missouri, and Carolyn Judd, West Plains, Missouri; three grandchildren, Amanda Shaw, husband, Tim, Campbell, Missouri, Nikki Kennedy, Fayetville, Arkansas, and Noressa Kennedy, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Laverne Thompson

Memorial services for Laverne Thompson, 87, West Plains, Missouri, will be Saturday, October 1st at 2:00 pm, at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, with officiants Elder Jairus Yates, Reverend Ron Richardson, Justin Barnett, and Leat Stanley, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains. There will be a visitation time starting at 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
She was born the daughter of the late William A. Napier and Grace E. Gulley Napier, on September 21, 1924 in Hutton Valley, Missouri and died September 24, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was united in marriage July 11, 1961 in West Plains, Missouri to Wayne Thompson.
She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Wayne Thompson, one sister, and two brothers.
Leehman Vincent Trigg
Leehman Vincent Trigg, 82, West Plains, Missouri, was born the son of the late O.J. Trigg and Viola Vincent Trigg, on December 21, 1928 in Sedan, Kansas, and died September 22, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
He was united in marriage January 31, 1958 in Miami, Oklahoma to Margaret Morris, who preceded him in death January, 1995.
He is survived by one daughter, Andrea Stevens, Macon, Georgia; one daughter-in-law, Elaine Flory Trigg, McPherson, Kansas; two brothers and three sisters; three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Morris Trigg; his parents O.J. Trigg and Viola Vincent Trigg; one deceased son, John Trigg, and a sister.
He served his country with the United States Army from April 1955 to April 1957 with the Old Guard 3rd Infantry, stationed in Washington, D.C.
Private services will be held in Wichita, Kansas at a later date.
Burial will be held at Lakeview Funeral Home Cemetery and Mausoleum in Wichita, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made in his name to any animal shelter of choice, and can be left at the funeral home.
Local arrangements were under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
Earl Lloyd Vandermark

A memorial service for Earl Lloyd Vandermark, 86, West Plains, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2011, in the Jehovah Witness Hall on highway 160.
Earl died at 9:00 pm., Monday, September 12, 2011 at his resident farm. He was born October 9, 1924 at Peach Orchard, Arkansas to Urshel Vandermark and Vera Carroll Vandermark. Earl served in the U.S. Army during WW II. On July 18, 1944, he married Dorothy Hayes at El Monte, California.

Funeral services for Dorthy Ingersoll, 71, formerly of West Plains, Missouri, will be held Friday, September 2, 2011 at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, at 2:00 p.m.
She was born October 25, 1939 at Harrisburg, Arkansas, to James and Lois (Cole) Harper, and died August 29, 2011 in Andover, Kansas.
She was married March 2, 1958, to Jim Ingersoll.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; sons, Chris (Wanda) and Curt; daughters, Sherry, Marcie, and Mina; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren; brothers, James, Larry, Johnny, Randy and Rick, and sister, Mabel.

She was born the daughter of the late Ferdinand Buchardt and Annie Zahn Buchardt, on April 2, 1916 in West Chicago, Illinois and died August 26, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
