She was born the daughter of the late Calvin Wilson and Florence Barnett Wilson, on January 6, 1918 in Batesville, Arkansas and died July 5, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was united in marriage in 1949 to Robert Ammon, who preceded her in death in 1959.
She is survived by three nieces, Sandy Cline, Pamela Horn, and Jam Moriarty, and a special friend, Linda Hill, West Plains, Missouri.
Funeral Services for Inez York Oliver, 84, West Plains, Missouri, will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, with Dr. Neal Myers and Pastor Jerry Arnold officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
She was born the daughter of the late Homer Hammond and Ruby Jackson Hammond, on May 8, 1927 in Melbourne, Arkansas and died July 1, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was married to Fred York, who preceded her in death in 1971. She later married Dwight Oliver, who also preceded her in death in 2006.
She is survived by two children, Leon (Keaka) York, West Plains, and Brenda (Robert) Lipper, West Plains; three daughters-in-law, Diana Arnold, Marshall, Arkansas, Rosalie York, West Plains, and Janice Engles, Bakersfield, Missouri; sister, Dema Davis, Bend, Oregon; sister-in-law, Treva Hammond, West Plains; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Former West Plains resident Frances Hoots, 86, died June 21, 2011, at the home of her daughter in Glendale, Arizona, following a long illness.
Frances Elizabeth Moore, the daughter of Austin and Lida Moore, was born November 26, 1924, in Carter County, Missouri. She grew up in Van Buren, Missouri and graduated from Van Buren High School in 1942.
In 1944 she married Carl Hoots, and following his discharge from the army, they settled in West Plains, where she lived for the next sixty years.
Mrs. Hoots was a long-time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She retired from Ozarks Medical Center in 2003 after working twenty-nine years as a medical transcriptionist.
Mrs. Hoots is survived by her three children, Steve Hoots of Springfield, Missouri, Vicki Darr, of Glendale, Arizona and Greg Hoots of Kansas City, Kansas. She is also survived by one sister, Essie Mae DePung, of St. Louis, Missouri, and by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was born the daughter of the late Ova Mooney and Mable Collins Mooney, on November 15, 1943 in Couch, Missouri and died June 16, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was united in marriage December 7, 1963 in Alton, Missouri to Bob Harrell. She later was married on December 13, 1985 in Salem, Arkansas to Elmo Martin, who preceded her in death April 10, 2010.
She is survived by one son, Patrick Scott Harrell, wife, Debbie, West Plains, Missouri; one brother, Thomas Mooney, West Plains, Missouri; sister, Carolyn Deckard, St. Charles, Missouri, and a twin sister, Mary Frances Burkhart, husband, Kermit, Thayer, Missouri; four grandchildren, Cynthia Nichole Hanson, husband, Andy, Bolivar, Missouri, Brittany Diane Harrell and Tiffany Joy Harrell, Bolivar, Missouri, and Christina Joyce Harrell, West Plains, Missouri.
Elisha Bridges, 31, West Plains, died Monday, May 30, 2011, at the home of her father, Carson Bridges. She was born December 8, 1979, at West Plains.
Survivors include two children, a son, Aadyn Bridges, 6, and Tylar Fine, 5; her mother, Charlotte Taylor; a sister, Beth Bridges, and a brother, Montana Bridges.
Elisha Bridges is preceded in death by her father, Carson Bridges. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in Oak Lawn Cemetery, West Plains, Missouri. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Ruby Louise Risner Utley went to be with the Lord on May 17 , 2011.
She was born in Randolph County Arkansas, near Wirth, on May 26, 1939, to Everett and Oma Hall Risner.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ruby lived near Wirth until 1954, then moved to Missouri and attended Thayer High School where she met her husband, Frank Utley. They were married for 53 years. Faith and family were always the main focus of Ruby’s life, but she found the time and energy to be involved in many interests and to enrich the lives of countless friends and those in need. In addition to supporting her husband’s work, Ruby graduated from Arkansas State University in 1976 and pursued several business interests of her own. From 1978 to 2000 Ruby enjoyed selling real estate and welcoming many new families to West Plains and the surrounding communities. Ruby was a member of the Curry Street Church of Christ. She enjoyed family gatherings, Bible study, golf (mostly golf of Frank and her sons), card games, sewing,cooking, entertaining and hospitality.

She was born the daughter of the late Agnes White Warren, on February 20, 1947 in West Plains, Missouri and died May 6, 2011 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was united in marriage July 11, 1964 in West Plains, Missouri to Charles Collins.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Collins, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; two children, Keith Collins, West Plains, and Lisa Thompson, husband, Charley, West Plains; two brothers, Dwight Warren, wife, Fumi, Holt Summit, Missouri, and Steve Warren, wife, Mary, West Plains; three sisters, Kathy Gilbert, Chamois, Missouri, Ruthi Kuellan, husband, Charlie, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Dola Peak, Marianna, Florida; two grandchildren, Dustin Thompson, wife, Ashley, West Plains, and Breanna Holland, husband, Jeff, West Plains; five great grandchildren, Taftin Thompson, Jayden Sires, Hayden Holland, Kallie Thompson, and Levi Holland.
