He was born the son of the late Bert Collins and Dovie Collins Collins, on February 10, 1935 in Howell County, Missouri and died June 21, 2013 in West Plains, Missouri.

He was united in marriage July 9, 1955 in West Plains, Missouri to Roberta Stubbs.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Stubbs Collins, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; four daughters, Debroha and husband, Lawrence, West Plains, Cindy Collins and husband, Steven, Willow Springs, Melissa Collins, Lanton, and Michelle and husband, Ranol, West Plains; three sons, Donald Collins, Stanley Collins, and Shawn Collins, all of West Plains; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; three sisters, Maxine Madden, Willow Springs, Ruby Turnbull, Vanzant, and Marie Crisp, Gainesville.

Graveside services for Ervin Wayne Gintz, 82, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m, Monday, June 10, 2013 at Cedar Bluff Cemetery, Greene County, Missouri, with Brother Charles Allen officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

He was born the son of the late Chris Lewis Gintz and Mary Meyers Gintz, on January 2, 1931 in Marshfield, Missouri and died June 7, 2013 in West Plains, Missouri.

He was united in marriage November 1, 1957 in Springfield, Missouri to Maude Ann Wood.

He is survived by his wife, Maude Ann Wood Gintz, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; two children, Tammy Gintz of West Plains and Terri Lamb and husband, Rick, Mt. Vernon, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Bernice Gintz Clark and husband, Craig, of Seymour, Missouri; one sister, Lois Marriott of Roeland Park, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Alison Alaimo, Michael Kennedy, James Kennedy, Stephanie Hickey, Hillary Gintz, Mindy Detherow, Brett Lamb, Joshua Lamb and Adam Lamb; four step grandchildren, Tim Clark, Jeremy Clark, Brandon Clark, and Kelby Clark; nine great grandchildren, Kiora, Quana, Sydney, Andrew, Cooper, Brandon, Truman, Sophia, and Joey; five step great grandchildren, Isaac, Kierra, Sienna, Cash, and Riley.

He was born the son of the late Lester Collins and Ethel Epley Collins, on May 3, 1942 in Dora, Missouri and died June 5, 2013 in West Plains, Missouri.

He was united in marriage October 20, 1961 in West Plains, Missouri to Thelma Campbell.

He is survived by his wife, Thelma Campbell Collins, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; one daughter, Terri Hall, West Plains; two brothers, Ronald Collins, West Plains, and Larry Collins and wife, Carolyn, Springfield, Missouri; two grandchildren, Tabitha Jones and fiancee, Josh Swims, and Brandie Hall and fiancee, Eric Case; four great grandchildren, Jordan Case, Jacub Jones, Milie Case, and Marlie Case, all of West Plains, and one sister-in-law, Fern Shelton, West Plains.

He was united in marriage June 21, 1983 in Aurora, Illinois to Candice Baker Mathieu.

He is survived by his wife, Candice Baker Johnsen, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; one daughter, Kendra Williamson and husband, Jimmy, Braidwood, Illinois; one son, Kyle Johnsen, Chicago, Illinois; one brother, Danny Johnsen and wife, Luann, Montgomery, Illinois; two sisters, Pam Johnsen, Darien, Illinois, and Pat Coniglio, Darien, Illinois; two grandchildren, Samantha and Tanner Williamson, both of Braidwood, Illinois, and two step grandchildren, MiKayla and Carter Mathieu, both of Chetek, Wisconsin.

He was born the son of loving parents, John and Patsy Ward Holesapple, on December 17, 1980 in Salem, Arkansas and went home to be with his King on April 22, 2013.

He was united in marriage December 31, 1998 in Thayer, Missouri to the love of his life, Laurie Hatterman.
