Funeral Services for Dudley Eugene Edwards will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains.
He was born the son of the late Robert L. Edwards and Pearl E. Harris Edwards, on April 27, 1939 in Fulton, Missouri and died June 2, 2012 in West Plains, Missouri.
He was united in marriage November 24, 1972 in Affton, Missouri to Barbara Edwards.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Edwards, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; four children, Martha Yarbrough, husband, Chris, Jefferson City, Missouri, Kathleen Koppitz, husband, Richard, Springfield, Missouri, Deborah Romans, husband, Charlie, West Plains, Missouri, and Terri Baker, Fulton, Missouri; one sister, Annie Ratliff, husband, Kenny, Columbia, Missouri; one brother, Charles Edwards, wife, Betty, Columbia, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
Fred D. Humphrey, son of the late Joseph and Jessie Dixon Humphrey, was born August 10, 1921 in Hazel Green, Alabama and departed this life May 30, 2012 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas at the age of 90 years.
He was united in marriage to Ruby Cathey and they had one son, Jerry Humphrey.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Humphrey of the home in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; son, Jerry Humphrey and wife, Judith, also of Mammoth Spring. He was blessed with two grandchildren who were the light of his life, Joy Poulette and husband, Donald of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and James Humphrey and wife, Novella of Melbourne, Arkansas; five great-grandchildren, Casey, Tyler and Sammy Poulette of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and Jared and Natalie Humphrey of Melbourne, Arkansas; one brother, Charlie Humphrey and wife, Marie and two sisters, Jean Northcutt and Louise Persall, all of McMinnville, Tennessee. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Jessie Humphrey and six brothers, Bill, Davis, Shelby, Elbie, Joseph Jr. and Floyd Humphrey.
Fred was a Veteran, proudly serving his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, DAV, Masonic Lodge #418, Mammoth Spring Lions Club and the Mammoth Spring United Methodist Church.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather; a loyal friend and good neighbor to all. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel at Thayer. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in his memory be given to the First United Methodist Church of Mammoth Spring. Contributions may be left at the Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Windell Ray Epley will be on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 1:00 p.m in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
Windell was born on July 31, 1932 in Dora, Missouri to parents Hurvul and Jessie Epley. He died on May 23 in West Vue Nursing Center at the age of 79.
He was educated in the Dora school system and enjoyed spending time with his seven siblings, riding horses, and listening to gospel and country music. Windell was a member of the Church of God for all his youth.
Windell was employed at Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas before moving to West Plains, Missouri. There he became employed with Cloud Oak Flooring, Purina Feed, and Southwest Truck Body. He retired from Southwest in 1993 and devoted his time to his family and the family farm, raising angus cattle
Windell met the love of his life, Dorothy Lou Lowe and the two entered the union of marriage on November 5, 1968. To this union were born two daughters, Reta Kay Epley Crass, and husband Jerry, West Plains, and Dianna Raye Epley Locke, and husband John, West Plains. The couple had two grandchildren, Kevin Crass, Springfield, Missouri and Makenna Locke, West Plains
Donald Utah Barymon was born the son of Charlie S. and Ollie Mae Waddell Barymon on June 21, 1935 in Wardell, Missouri and departed this life on May 19, 2012 at his home in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.
He was united in marriage at Auburn, Indiana on November 13, 1954 to Sarah Canoy.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sarah Barymon of the home in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; one son, Kluck Barymon and wife, Joyce of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; two daughters, LaDonna McGhee and husband, Densal of Thayer, Missouri and Mary White and husband, David of Thayer, Missouri; three sisters, Shelby Hawlett of Sikeston, Missouri, Charlene Barymon of Wardell, Missouri and Gayla Middleton of Hayti, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Gabe, Adam, Faith Ann, Caleb, Tonya and Randy; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ollie Mae Barymon; one son, Randy Barymon; one daughter, Hope Barymon and one sister, Peggy Hooker.
Don was a graduate of Wardell High School, graduating with the Class of 1954. He will be remembered for his musical talent, playing in a Hillbilly Band for the school carnival and his Country-Western band’s weekly radio broadcast from KCRV in Caruthersville, Missouri.
Mr. Barymon was a well-known meat cutter all of his working years and last employed by Wallace & Owens grocery store in Thayer.
Mr. Barymon was a Christian, faithfully serving his Lord for 52 years. He was a member of Word of Life Tabernacle in Hardy, Arkansas and a former trustee, deacon and song leader.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will truly be missed by his family, his church family and many, many friends.
Funeral Services for Donald Barymon, will be Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer. The family will recieve friends at the Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
Burial will be in the Thayer Cemetery in Thayer, Missouri.
Glen Ivan Campbell, better known as “Goofball,” the son of the late Ivan and Leila Lynch Campbell was born February 6, 1953 in Thayer, Missouri and passed away May 17, 2012 at St. John’s Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 59 years.
He was united in marriage August 9, 1973 in Alton, Missouri to Suzie Ann Rudd.
He was a truck driver most of his life and employed by Mill’s Feed and Trucking, McLane Transport, Whitten Trucking and Scott Lumber Company. After his retirement he enjoyed going to the fox pens and listening to his dogs run. Glen liked the farm life and had a passion for riding horses and teaching his grandkids to ride. Most of all he loved spending time and playing with the grandkids, from playing baseball, to egg fights, he enjoyed every minute he spent with them.
He is survived by his wife, Suzie Campbell of the home in Alton, Missouri; two special daughters, Vickie Simpson and special son-in-law, Keith of Alton, Missouri and Glenda Tate and special son-in-law, Nathan of Fort Drum, New York; a very special nephew he called, “my boy,” Alvin (Gene) Campbell and wife, Helen of Alton, Missouri; six very special grandchildren that were his world, Nathan Alan, Jennifer Denise and Toby Keith Simpson, all of Alton, Missouri, TaPanga Alyssa Chontre and Dylan Bryce Fettig of Fort Drum, New York and Logan Cooper Tate of Beebe, Arkansas; one brother, Ben Campbell and wife, Kathy of Alton, Missouri; three sisters, Fredda Hayward and husband, Melvin of Galena, Kansas, Anna Jean Morrison of West Plains, Missouri, Patti Gamblin and husband, Joe Dale of Alton, Missouri; and one sister-in-law, Gloria Campbell of Alton, Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Leila Campbell; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Orvil and Wilma Rudd; one brother, Dale Campbell; two brothers-in-law, Gary Rudd and J.B. Morrison; one sister-in-law, Diane Rudd; two nephews, Gary Eugene Rudd and Stephen Kinser and one niece, Christy Jo Gamblin.
He attended Riverton Baptist Church and was a member of the Alton Saddle Club.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will truly be missed by his family and his many friends.

She was born the daughter of the late Charles McClellan and Gertie Eubank , on June 9, 1917 in Pomona, Missouri and died May 18, 2012 in West Plains, Missouri.
She is survived by two brothers, Ralph McClellan, Grand Prairie, Texas and Fred McClellan, wife, Delores, West Plains, Missouri; one sister, Fern Alvis, husband, Ray, Pomona, Missouri, and one sister-in-law, Ida McClellan, Willow Springs, Missouri, and many nieces and nephews.
Frances C. Trunk, 72, West Plains, formerly of Peoria, Illinois, died May 12, 2012 at National Health Care, West Plains.
She was born the daughter of the late Leland Hatten and Irene Tisdale Hatten, on January 3, 1940 in Sierra County, California, and died May 5, 2012 in West Plains, Missouri.
She was united in marriage March 7, 1965 in Peoria, Illinois to Edward Raymond Trunk, who preceded her in death March 30, 2003.
She is survived by four brothers, Leland Hatten, his wife, Rosalee, and Ernest Hatten, wife, Donna, both of East Peoria, Illinois, Robert Hatten, Kansas City, Missouri, and Charles Hatten, Spring Branch, Texas; one sister, Patsy Jones, South, Roxana, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
She was a graduate of Limestone Township High School in Bartonville, Illinois.

Cleta Gladys Howell, daughter of the late Albert N. “Jack” Madden and Gladys Elizabeth Ramsey Madden, was born June 4, 1925 in Thayer, Missouri and died May 12, 2012 at her home in Koshkonong, Missouri at the age of 86 years.
She was united in marriage in 1949 in Illinois to Frank Gaborik. She was united in marriage September 5, 1972 in Thayer, Missouri to Amos Lee Howell, who preceded her in death August 13, 1990.
She is survived by one son, Jack Dale “Gabby” Gaborik of Alaska; two daughters, Patricia Ann Arnold of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas and Deborah Marie Etzold of Long Beach, Mississippi; seven grandchildren, Karen Gaborik, Frank Arthur Gaborik, Amberly Martin, Stephanie Clevenger, Jody Newman, Zachary Johnson and Makenzie Shurtz; seven great grandchildren, Casey Howell, Stacie Mitchell, Kallie Clevenger, Brooklyn Shurtz, Courtney Shurtz, Peyton Shurtz and Alicia Johnson; one nephew, David Newman; and one niece, Sandy Green Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Lee Howell; her parents, Albert N. “Jack” Madden and Gladys Elizabeth Ramsey Madden; one granddaughter, Jennifer Newman and two brothers, Clarence Glen Green and Albert Dale Madden.
Besides being a dedicated homemaker, she was a certified nurse’s aide and rancher. She was a 1942 graduate of Thayer High School and an avid gardener. She was a long time member of Koskonong Free Will Baptist Church, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will truly be missed by all.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 10:00 AM in Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer with Brother Johnny Holesapple officiating. Visitation will be Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Two Mile Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer.

Willa Mae Jones was born the daughter of James Manes and Sarah Wilburn Manes on January 25, 1931 in Snowball, Arkansas and departed this life on May 11, 2012 at her home in Nixa, Missouri at the age of 81 years.
She was united in marriage June 10, 1972 in Walnut Shade, Missouri to Noel J. Jones, who preceded her in death on October 6, 2011 after 40 years of marriage.
She is survived by five children, Kathye Bowers of Crane, Missouri, Rick Stepp of Nixa, Missouri, Sarah Junkerstorf Ashton of Arlington, Viriginia, Lloyd Jones of Golden, Missouri and Deborah Jones-Stovall and husband, Robert of Jackson, Tennessee; ten grandchildren, Garold Richards and wife, Tonya, Rhonda Richards, Angela Venuto, James Stepp, Sascha Coe, Jason Stepp, Daniel Jones, Madeline Jones and Chance and Skylar Bowers; seven great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Richards, Rebekah Bowers, Marissa Richards, Joshua Richards, Lane Richards, Joseph Richards and Jaydon Stepp; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sarah Manes; her husband, Noel Jones; two brothers, C. F. Manes and J.W. Manes; two sisters, Inez Manes Siegler and Nina Manes Joplin; one son-in-law, Arlen Kennedy and five nephews and two nieces.
Willa was a faithful member of the New Testament Church of Jesus Christ in Winona, Missouri. Her profession was working as a medical transcriptionists and a civil servant for the United States Army. She devoted her life to the service of the Lord through her musical ministry and spreading the “Good News” of the gospel of Christ. She was one of Jesus’ best salesman and blessed with the God given talent to make a piano come alive.
She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ola Leta Risner was born the daughter of James H. Ary and Leona Janes Ary on March 15, 1907 in Ada, Oklahoma and departed this life May 11, 2012 at West Vue Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Plains, Missouri at the age of 105 years.
She is survived by one son, Norman Risner and wife, Linda of West Plains, Missouri; two grandsons, Mark Risner of West Plains, Missouri, and Kent Risner of Myrtle, Missouri; three great granddaughters, Sadee, Calee and Emilee Risner, all of Myrtle, Missouri; one brother, J.D. Ary of Thayer, Missouri; two sisters, Hazel Bennett and Mary Lee Parnell, both of West Plains, Missouri; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Leona Ary; her husband, Newt Risner; four brothers, Lawrence, Lehman, Lloyd and Floyd Ary and one sister, Ora Harper.
Mrs. Risner was an excellent cook and well known for her delicious pies and cinnamon rolls. Not only was she a wonderful cook, she also taught her three granddaughters her secrets of being a good cook. She will be remembered for her ability to cook the wild game that all of the men in her family brought home, as well as, her great variety of pastries.
She was active in the Guiteau Extension Club, was a loyal friend and good neighbor to all.
Ola was of the Protestant faith and in earlier years attended the Cane Hill Sunday School and Church near Thayer and also the Guiteau Church in the Garfield Community.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will truly be missed by all of her family and her many friends.
She was united in marriage in 1928 at Alton, Missouri to Newton “Newt” Risner, who preceded her in death March 7, 1985.
Funeral services for OLA RISNER, age 105 of West Plains, Missouri, formerly of Myrtle, Missouri, will be Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel at Thayer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in the Arytown Cemetery.
