Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer with Brother Bill Bales officiating.
The body will lie in state at the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 19th from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Burial will be in the Thayer Cemetery, with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer.
