Paul Neal Woody entered into his eternal rest on May 14, 2022 at the age of 86 years.

Neal was born June 29, 1935 at Peace Valley, Missouri to Paul Elijah Woody and Vada O’Neal Woody. He was an Army veteran and served overseas in South Korea.

Mr. Woody married Sara Marie Dupree at Wayne County, Georgia on June 1, 1957. To this union their children Katie and Steven were born. He then married Reva Buckman at Thayer, Missouri on December 28, 2003. Neal was fortunate to find love again with his lady friend, Dotti Garber.

He was a foreman of Ozarks Asphalt for over thirty years plus. Neal was a friend to all and loved everyone he met dearly. He loved to dance and he never missed making Sunday dinner for his family.

He is survived by his lady friend Dottie Garber of Summersville, Missouri; his children, Katie Woody and Steven Woody and wife Kellie, West Plains, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kylie Threlkeld, Kedra Thompson, Korey Woody, wife Klassie, Kaitlynn Woody, West Plains, Missouri, and Kameron King, husband Travis, Rogers, Texas; his great grandchildren, Kyndall, Cooper, Emerson Threlkeld, Sylas Crase, Bryar Rose Thompson and Lainey King; his sisters, Ellen Brotherton, Peace Valley, issouri, and Trula Cook, husband, Harold, Rogersville, Missouri, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sara Marie and second wife, Reva Jean; his grandson, Bryce.

Neal loved his family with all his heart. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He will be missed by all.

He was a life long member of the Church of the Brethren, Peace Valley, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Brethren, Peace Valley, Missouri.

Visitation will be at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery, Peace Valley, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
