Dear family,
I will miss her so very much. Enjoyed sharing stories about “hummers”, flower gardens and of days gone by. I treasure her friendship and will be reminded of her often when we gather together for our weekly “auction pitch” game at the Thomasville General Store. I’m so thankful to have known her and pray for peace and strength in this time of sorrow.

Mike & family,
I will always remember your mother as such a beautiful, sweet, giving lady and a great friend to my family. I know she was happy to be reunited with your sister. I am praying that you will feel God’s comfort wrap around you during this painful time.

Mike,
I am thankful we moved up the trip with Mom and Dad’s remains and had that special time with Marie and with you. I knew as I was preparing and delivering the message that day, it was as much for Marie as it was for us. In her home I saw the sheet music to “What A Wonderful World” on the piano in her room. Cameran sang it at Mom’s service in Waverly, and I asked Jack to include it in our service. Marie recognized it even before he sang the first word. She said she plays that song every morning. Here’s a link with the lyrics.

She’s dancing with Jesus now! The ‘Wonderful World’ she’s in now is more wonderful than she could dream or imagine. To God be the glory =)
Much love from your Texas cousins,
Emily and Anna
