Charline Mae Williams was born the daughter of Eugene Wilmouth and Bonita Pressler Wilmouth on June 4, 1933, in San Pedro, California, and departed this life on October 21, 2016 in West Plains, Missouri, at the age of 83 years.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Williams of Thayer, Missouri; her daughter, Cristine Hiser and husband, John of Fair Grove, Missouri; four grandsons, Kane Hiser and wife, Sara of St. Louis, Missouri, Jacob Hiser of Boston, Massachusetts, Kib Williams and wife, Sarah of Flippin, Arkansas and Kyle Williams and wife, Jennifer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one great granddaughter, Evelyn Williams of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one niece; five nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Bonita Wilmouth; her husband, Billie John “BJ” Williams; one brother, Donald Wilmouth and one sister, Sondra.

Charline was an efficient book-keeper in this area for many years, working for Thayer Housing Authority and State Farm Insurance.

She was a dedicated homemaker, devoted wife, loving Mother and “Nana”. She took an active part in her children’s school activities, serving as Thayer High School Band Mother and was Den Mother for the Boy Scouts.

She enjoyed needle work and cooking for her family and all can attest to her being an excellent cook.

She a member of the Thayer Free Will Baptist Church. She will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 24. 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Thayer Cemetery with Brother Richard Robinson officiating.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 2-4 PM at the Thayer Free Will Baptist Church in Thayer.

Burial will be in Thayer Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home in Thayer.
