Geraldine “Geri” Williams was born the daughter of David Williams and Sadie Josephine (Bales) Williams on August 30, 1943, in Portland, Oregon, and died March 24, 2017, at West Vue Nursing Center in West Plains, Missouri, at the age of 73 years.
She is survived by her mother, Josephine “Jo” Williams of Thomasville, Missouri; one brother, Jim Williams and wife, Mary of West Plains, Missouri; one nephew, Jeff Williams and special friend, Joyce Ledbetter of West Plains, Missouri; one great nephew, Ryan Williams and wife, Renee; one great-great nephew, Keegan; one great-great niece, Haley; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Williams.
Geri was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church in Thomasville, attending as long as health permitted.
She was an avid Country Western Music fan and enjoyed the Grand Old Opry.
She loved her family and will truly be missed by all who knew her
Graveside services will be held, Thursday, March 30th at 1:00 PM at the Woodside Cemetery in Thomasville, Missouri with Brother Charles Trantham officiating.
Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. of Thayer.
