J.W. Collins, 78, Dora, Missouri, died March 16, 2019 at National Health Care in West Plains, Missouri.
Services for J.W. Collins will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Vanzant Community Center, Vanzant, Missouri, with Reverend Bud Scherer officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
Visitation time will be held March 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. before the service at the community center.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Pleasant Mound Cemetery, and can be left at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Pleasant Mound Cemetery, Douglas County, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc.
