Jeanne Phipps, 75, passed away June 16, 2024 at her home in Aurora, Missouri.
She was born June 28, 1948 in Buffalo, New York to the late David Smyth and Beatrice (Vogt) Smyth.
She was united in marriage to Melvin Phipps on October 11, 1969 in Dallas, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Phipps, Aurora, Missouri; four children, Bonnie Mitchell and husband Darrell, Thayer, Missouri; Danny Phipps, and wife Karen, Pontiac, Missouri; Kristy Hupp and husband Daniel, Aurora, Missouri, and Cathy Pyle and husband Stawn, Aurora, Missouri; one brother, Donald Smyth, state of Wyoming; fifteen grandchildren, Bobby Lee Coursey, Rebecca Miller, Tyler Phipps, Brock Chaffin, Brett Chaffin, Ashley Chaney, Kristen Buckingham, Jordan Bright, Abryana Morgan, Tyler Hupp, Joshua Hupp, Chelsey Hupp, Makayla Flatt, Alex Peoples, and Wyatt Wilson, and thirty three great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two infant sons; one brother, David Smyth, and one sister, Judy Woodbury.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved spending time with all her family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, Missouri.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to noon at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, Missouri.
Burial will be at Walker Cemetery, Oregon County, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains, Missouri.

I LOVED MY AUNT JEANNE VERY MUCH. SHE WAS A VERY SWEET PERSON. MISS HER ALREADY VERY BAD.
