Hazle Maire Miller, 94, of Thomasville, Missouri, came into this world on September 18, 1929, in Eminence, Missouri, the daughter of Asa and Bertha Daves and passed away on April 23, 2024, in Alton, Missouri.
She was united in marriage March 9, 1946, in Alton, Missouri to Arnold Miller who preceded her in death on June 12, 2014.
She is survived by three grandchildren; Cheryl Judd and husband Randy of Rover, Missouri, Chad Daugherty and wife Jessica of Thomasville, Missouri, and Jennifer Kight and husband JR of Thomasville, Missouri; one brother, Bud Daves and wife Wanda of Thomasville, Missouri; nine great-grandchildren; Kayla, Hope, Emma, Gracie, Addy, Olivia, Kaitlyn, Rylin and Dalton; two great-great-grandchildren, McKenzie, and Madelyn; fourteen step-grandchildren; and one son-in-law, Gerald Daugherty.
She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; one son, Harold Miller; one daughter, Mirland Daugherty; one brother, Marvin Daves; and one sister, Lillie Miller.
Hazle liked to read in her spare time, to do embroidery, she loved her church and church family at the Pine Hill Assembly, Thomasville, Missouri. Hazle was the last founding member of the church. She was a kind and caring lady; she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Hazle was loved by all who knew her and will be sadly missed.
Funeral Services for Hazle Maire Miller, age 94, of Thomasville, Missouri, will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. With visitation at 1:00 until service time at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains, Missouri. Services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc.- West Plains, Missouri.
