Robert Harvey Lipper, 82 of West Plains, Missouri came into this world on August 10, 1941, in Biggers-Reno, Arkansas, the son of Virgil and Christine Lipper and peacefully left it on November 10, 2023, in West Plains, Missouri.
He was married to Brenda who preceded him in death in 2018
He is survived by one son Adam Lipper and wife Pam, of West Plains Missouri; One daughter Tracy Roberts and husband Jason of Cabot, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Eric Pigue and wife Adrianna of Paragould, Arkansas, Christine Lipper of West Plains, Missouri, Crew Roberts of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; two brothers, Mark Lipper of Paragould, Arkansas, step-brother Larry Brannum of Paragould, Arkansas: one step sister Jackie Letson of Paragould, Arkansas, three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.
He is preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Christine Lippe; two brothers Billy Wayne Lipper and Donald Gene Lipper.
He was of the southern Baptist faith. He also liked to go to the flea market to find a good bargain. He liked to go fishing and he belonged to the West Plains car club, he was also an animal lover. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends

Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 2:00pm at the Moody Cemetery, Moody, Missouri.
