Linda May Seymour

   Linda May Seymour, age, 72 of Thayer, Missouri, passed away November 6, 2023, in West Plains, Missouri. Linda was born January 22, 1951, in Marion, Michigan to Willis and Revina (Peless) Monhead.

   Linda married Ernest Trammell in 1968 in Michigan. Within this union one daughter was born Monica Renee Trammell. Later in life Linda met and married Duane Sonny Eubank in 1996 in Thayer, Missouri. Within this union two sons was born Joshua and Jason Eubank. After Sonny passed away Linda married Clarence Seymour on May 4, 2002.

   Linda loved to sit outside drinking her coffee and just enjoying the day. She enjoyed shopping for shoes and clothes and just being silly. She loved anything that had sparkles on it. Most of all she loved and cherished time spent with her grandkids and the memories that they made. She was always full of life and was a friend to all. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

   Linda attended Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist church when her health allowed her to go. She also enjoyed going to church at Alton’s First Baptist with her dear friends Stephen and Carol Colley.

   She is survived by one daughter Monica Bowers, husband Daniel; two sons Joshua Eubank, wife Kandis and Jason Eubank, wife Cecily; eight grandkids Austin Bowers, girlfriend Bailey, Madison Bowers, fiancé Austin Janes, Abby Bowers, Aubrie Eubank, Korbin Eubank, Kourtlie Eubank, Sofia Eubank, and Kason Eubank; five sisters Mary, Janet, Cara, Bonnie and Connie; two brothers Robert and Roger; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

   She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands Ernest Trammell, Duane (Sonny) Eubank and Clarence Seymour; two brothers Jim and Bill.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Missouri. Visitation will be Thursday, November 9 at 1:00 p.m. until time of service.

  Interment will be on Thursday, November 9, 2023, in Thayer Cemetery, Thayer Missouri with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.
