Larry Wallace Aaron was born the son of Thomas Jefferson and Jessie (Fisher) Aaron on May 14, 1940 in Tatumville, Tennessee and departed this life September 1, 2013 at his home in Piggott, Arkansas at the age of 73 years.
He was united in marriage on August 14, 1958 in Portageville, Missouri to Peggy Noakes.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Aaron of the home in Piggott, Arkansas; one son, Sammy Noakes and friend, Bobbie Anderson; four grandchildren, Sherry Powell and husband, Wade of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, Bundy Noakes and wife, Trena, Samuel Noakes and wife, Jessica of Little Rock, Arkansas, Zachary Bloomfield of Ash Flat, Arkansas; five great grandchildren, Taylor Noakes, Collin Powell, Coby Noakes, Coltin Powell, and Brooklyn Noakes; one unborn great grandchild; one sister, Oneida Buck and husband, Denton of Harrison, Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Jessie Aaron; two brothers, Benny and Paul Aaron; and one sister, Faye Rhodes.
Larry was a Christian and served as a missionary in various countries including the Philippines, Germany, Holland and Poland.
He appreciated the beauty of God’s creation, while enjoying his favorite sport of hunting with family and friends.
Larry was deeply devoted to his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Funeral Services for Mr. Aaron will be Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at 2:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Missouri with Reverend John Bonk and Reverend Stephen Martin officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home in Thayer on Tuesday, September 3rd from 1:00 PM until service time.
Burial will be in the Eagles Rest Cemetery near Wirth, Arkansas.

We were very sad when we heard of Bro. Larry’s passing and at the same time very happy for him. For we believe Bro. Larry to be a man of God and he has simply left this world of suffering to go to another world where all is perfect. We are praying for you during your time of sorrow and know that God is there to strengthen you.
