Evelyn Nadine Rogers was born the daughter of Daniel Isaac (Ike) Rogers and mother Rosa Mae Mask Stillwell on May 16, 1934, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and departed this life on October 18, 2011.
She is survived by her only son, Jimmy Dale Rogers and grandchildren, Kyleigh and Keaton Rogers of Woodland Hills California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Isaac Rogers, Rosa Mae Mask Stillwell; Brother RC Rogers and sisters Lucy Ann (Dee) Pritchard and Joann Tally.
She leaves to mourn her passing her sisters Virginia Rankin, Shirley Maxberry and brother James Rogers and many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Evelyn spent most of her life in Kansas City Missouri where she worked in various positions in the hospitality industry. She moved to California later in life to be close to her son and grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping, live country music and camping at the coast.
Memorial Services will be held at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, Thayer, MO November 19th 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
