We will always be thankful to Don and June for their friendship and encouragement when we were just married and new to Alton, MO back in the early 1970s. Their love for each other and their sweet daughter, Tammy is an inspiration for all of us.

I’ve known both of them for a very long time they took wonderful care of me. I know they weren’t my real grandparents but I still love them like they were they took me in and into foster care even though they weren’t allowed to. I miss them a whole lot, all I wish is that Tammy is okay, I love her and her parents so very much. I owe a lot to all of them but I wish I could see them one last time because when I heard when they passed, it broke me into pieces but all I know was you guys aren’t in pain anymore and you will be with each other no matter what I love you so very much and I know how much you and Don love me. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and taking care of me.❤️
