Briss Woodrow Vines, age 70, of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas passed away in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Woodrow was born February 26, 1954, in Evanston, Illinois, to Lee and June Vines.
Woodrow was a good-hearted country boy that would give you his shirt off his back and would help anyone that needed help. He enjoyed gardening, raising chickens and going to auctions. He loved spending time with his friends and family. Woodrow will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is survived by brother Norman Vines; sister Lola Kay Fields, husband Jim; three nephews Lee Vines, wife Sandy, Cullen Fields, and Donald Ard; two nieces Cecelia Ladd, husband Jamie and Michelle Grice, husband Steve; many more relatives and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Robert Lee and Malcolm (Mack) Vines; one sister Valerie Ard.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at noon at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Missouri.
Visitation will be Monday September 23, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at noon.
Interment will be on Monday, September 23, 2024, in Sturgeon Cemetery, Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.
