William “Bill” Clark, 58, West Plains, Missouri died July 6, 2021 at his home in West Plains, Missouri.

He was born the son of the late Ira Donald Clark and Ruth Colter Clark, on October 10, 1962 in Sacramento, California and died July 6, 2021 in West Plains, Missouri.

He was united in marriage July 7, 1995 in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas to Carla Daily, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by three children, Linda “Clark” Kerley and husband Lonnie, West Plains, Missouri and David Daily and wife Christina, Willow Springs, Missouri, and Hila Daily and Sam Kinder, West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Sharon Clark, VanBuren, Missouri and Annette Oesch, West Plains, Missouri; one sister-law-in, Linda Clark, VanBuren, Missouri; twelve grandchildren, Garrett Bullock, Nathaniel Bullock, Elijah Means, Nevaeh Daily, Zaxai Daily, David Daily, Jr., Kadence Knox, Will Knox, Cecilya Knox, Mekka Kinder, John Kinder, and James Kinder.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his spouse, Carla Clark; one brother, Donnie Clark and one sister, Terry Jackson; two very special uncles, Uncle Dan and Uncle Mike. He loved to go snake hunting, building model cars, traveling the back roads looking for deer, and spending time with family. He had a big love for tow trucks or wreckers.

Local arrangements were under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

A memorial service will be held Monday, July 19, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in West Plains, Missouri.
