Otis Collins

Graveside services for Otis Collins, 78, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Siloam Springs Cemetery, Howell County, Missouri, with Brother Kirk Collins officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

He was born the son of the late Bert Collins and Dovie Collins Collins, on February 10, 1935 in Howell County, Missouri and died June 21, 2013 in West Plains, Missouri.

He was united in marriage July 9, 1955 in West Plains, Missouri to Roberta Stubbs.

He is survived by his wife, Roberta Stubbs Collins, of the home, West Plains, Missouri; four daughters, Debroha and husband, Lawrence, West Plains, Cindy Collins and husband, Steven, Willow Springs, Melissa Collins, Lanton, and Michelle and husband, Ranol, West Plains; three sons, Donald Collins, Stanley Collins, and Shawn Collins, all of West Plains; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; three sisters, Maxine Madden, Willow Springs, Ruby Turnbull, Vanzant, and Marie Crisp, Gainesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters; three sons; one granddaughter; one grandson; one great grandson; two sons-in-law; four brothers, and one sister.

Burial will be in Siloam Springs Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
