Carol, do you think those two mothers of ours are giggling right there in heaven? We two girls were sure blessed by our God to have mothers like them. I wrote her a letter last week, I hope she got it. Mom always spoke fondly of your mother. When I was with her I always felt comfortable like I did when I was with my mother. She was truly a lady.

I was so sorry to hear about Nadine. She was always such a good neighbor and Rose and I were already planning a summer gettogether with her and Bonnie. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday cookies and candies that she had dropped off for me and I was already contemplating the vegetables that I would be sharing with her. Her smiling face will be greatly missed but I know that she is now wrapped in the arms of God. My God bless and comfort all of you during this time of loss.
