Every time I ran for prosecutor or judge I’d pat a visit to Noel and Mrs. Mills. Always enjoyed my visit. She would show me her flowers and though I was not a flower gardener I enjoyed looking at her’s. She took such a delight in showing them it made my day better. I am sorry to hear of her passing. All the family are in my prayers.
