So sorry to hear of Bro. Adams passing. He has fought a good fight, he kept his faith and now a robe of righteousness is his. He was so instrumental in our church at Steele, purchasing a church building when our old building was about to collapse and getting the building remodeled and also getting a new church patronage. He was certainly a man of GOD and will be greatly missed by so many. Rest in piece my friend.

Brother Clark, I thought about you Thursday as we were finishing up Obituary and were revisiting our memories of the Steele Assembly of God Church. Such a blessing when God makes a way for a church building to be built and when the congregation is on fire to serve. So thankful you commented and I had an opportunity to tell you in return – thank you for your brotherly love, faithfulness to your ministry, and your family’s love to my parents and their family. Godspeed

My deepest sympathy to all the children surviving Loyd and Kathryn. I remember all of you very well when I was stationed at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio(early 1970’s).Your dad was my NCOIC in surgery at the base hospital. What a wonderful man to work for. I was invited to your home so many times to share a meal. A fantastic family indeed.
Just wanted to extend my condolences on the loss of your father, and my mentor of many years ago.

Mr. Hutchcroft, all 5 of us children are living. We have some really fond memories of Del Rio, TX. I remember waiting on Dad to finish with the instruments (post surgery) so he could take me to Cafeteria for a 7UP and crackers because I sick. Our folks were always active and took us just about everywhere they went. We were very blessed and both our parents left this earth peacefully. Mother passed 11 years ago from CHF and Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. We thank you for your kindness and reaching out. Dad would have loved speaking with you. Godspeed Sir.
