Jessie M McDonald was born on September 23, 1935 in Pulaski County Arkansas, the daughter of John D McDonald and Georgia B Brooks McDonald, and died at her home in Thayer, Missouri on January 4, 2022 at the age of 86.
Jessie is survived by four children, Sheryl Flora of Tennessee, John Parsley and Ellen Early of Arkansas and Douglas Parsley of Missouri; one brother, Doug McDonald of Missouri; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; other relatives; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Georgia McDonald; four sisters, and seven brothers.
Jessie attended school in McFarland and Wasco, California.
She owned and operated several businesses, worked as an aid in nursing homes, and as a waitress in many restaurants in California.
Jessie was a Christian.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Graveside services for Jessie M. McDonald will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Martindale Cemetery in Bigelow, Arkansas with Brett Randall officiating.
Burial will be on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in Martindale Cemetery in Bigelow, Arkansas with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.
