Dustin Bresee

Dustin Dwight Bresee was born in West Plains, Missouri, the son of James B. Bresee and Gina Smith Bresee on March 28, 1991, and departed this life on November 16, 2018 in Caulfield, Missouri at the age of 27 years.

He is survived by his three children, Katelinn, Jaden and Noah Bresee, all of the home in Caulfield, Missouri; his parents, James and Gina Bresee of West Plains, Missouri; two brothers, Thomas Bresee and fiancée, Katelyn, and Andrew Bresee, all of West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Heather Bryant and husband, Nathen, and Elizabeth Bresee and fiancée, Simeon, all of West Plains, Missouri; grandparents, Thomas and Linda Smith of Neodesha, Kansas; great grandmothers, Lorriane McRoberts of Neodesha, Kansas and Juanita Smith of Fort Scott, Kansas; many nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; cousins; other relatives and countless friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Esther Bresee.

Dustin was a Christian and of the Baptist faith.

He was a carpenter. He enjoyed drawing and playing with his kids. Dustin was an avid outdoorsman and always looked forward to deer season and he also enjoyed fishing.

He loved and cherished time spent with his family and will be remembered as a devoted father, son and brother. Dustin will truly be missed by all that knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Berean Baptist Church in West Plains, Missouri with Brother Donnie Finley officiating.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in West Plains, Missouri.

    Mr. and Mrs. Bresee and the Bresee Family,
    I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family upon the loss of Dustin. He was always polite and nice to me when I worked at the High School..so, sorry for the loss of your son. May God comfort, encourage, and support each one of you through this difficult time. I will be praying for all of you. May God bless all of you.

    We are so sorry for your loss. We knew Dustin for a short time but thought very highly of him. He was kind and thought the world of his children. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

      I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. I had Dustin in Kindergarten at West Plains Elementary. He was such a sweet little boy who was always willing to help others. May God bless your family.
