Donald “Don” Lee Hall born November 9, 1944 in Mammoth Spring, AR, and left this world on January 21, 2022 in Republic, MO, at the age of 77 years, 2 months, 12 days.  Don lived a life that was impactful to all who knew him.  Don served in various positions with the Thayer Saddle Club to include President.  His love of equestrian led him to educate many from young to old.  Don was a member of Welcome Hill Church of Christ and lifelong resident of Mammoth Spring, AR.

Don leaves behind a sister Verlene Underwood of Mtn. Home, AR as well as three (3) children; Donita Hall of Springfield, MO, Ben and Yumi Hall of Conroe, TX, and Verdis and Diana Hall of Fredericksburg, VA; ten (10) grandchildren, Heather Lee of Springfield, MO, Melissa and Jason Fanatia of St. Robert. MO, Jami McDiffet of Springfield, MO, Courtney Duncan of West Plains, MO, Julia Hall of Houston, TX, Megan Hall of Conroe, TX, Stephen Hall of Toledo. OH, Quinton Hall of Lebanon, MO, Victoria Hall of St. Robert, MO, Luka Hall of Fredericksburg, VA and Nika Hall of Fredericksburg, VA; and ten (10) great grandchildren, Wyatt , Conner Black, Autumn Lee of Springfield, MO; Dylan Lee, Colin Lee, Lori Fanatia of St. Robert. MO, Kaelyn, Brooke, Waylon Cooper of West Plains, MO; Scarlette Hall of Lebanon MO and several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends. 

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Verdis Van Wyle and Doris Ilene Hall (Bland) and a sister Carma Raker.

Funeral services for Donald “Don” Lee Hall, age 77, will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Missouri.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.at Carter Funeral Home in Thayer, Missouri.

Burial will be on Friday, January 28, 2022, in Moten Cemetery in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc. in Thayer, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Thayer Saddle Club in Don’s memory.

    Our sympathy to the family. We always enjoyed visiting with Don at church and sharing stories and memories. He will be missed by his family and his church family at Welcome Hill.

    So sorry to hear of Dons passing he was a great guy who I knew all my life sorry I could not attend the service prayers to all the family
