Connie Jean Hackworth, age 80, of Moro, Illinois, formerly of West Plains, Missouri, died on October 2, 2019 at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Myrtle Cemetery in Myrtle, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc in Thayer.
