Funeral Services for Billy Junior Neal, 80, Bakersfield, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 28, 2012, at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, with Chaplain Van Williams officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

He was born the son of the late William Neal and Nora Lee Harmon Neal, on August 3, 1931 in Cameron, Missouri and died June 23, 2012 in Bakersfield, Missouri.

He was united in marriage July 28, 1954 in Cameron, Missouri to Doris Estes.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Jean Estes Neal, of the home, Bakersfield, Missouri; four children, Judy Peterson, Pinellas Park, Florida, Billy W. Neal, wife, Alice, Caulfield, Missouri, Rick Neal, Bakersfield, Missouri, and Robert Neal, wife, Melanie, Osborn, Missouri; two sisters, Barb Korneman, husband, Larry, Cameron, Missouri and Betty Gibson, Cameron, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Doyle and Jim Neal; one sister, Wilma Smith, and one great grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to Carter Funeral Home, Inc., to family defray funeral expenses.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains.

Burial will be in Fowler Cemetery, Howell County, Missouri, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

Military rites will be provided by the West Plains Honor Guard and the Missouri Funeral Home Honor Guard.
