Teresa, Wendy, Family. I am heartbroken over this loss. I was always glad to run across Ryan when out and about or if he stopped by the house whenever he was in the Thomasville area. He reminded me so much of his Dad whom I still think of very often even though it’s been nearly 30 years since we lost him. Ryan was a very sweet and kind young man and always made you feel special and welcome. He always gave me a hug when I’d see him. He bragged on his girls and always ask about my life and family. You will be in my thoughts and prayers from this moment on and I wish you the greatest acceptance and peace that time can provide. God bless and be with you all.

As I sit thinking of you and your dad, I know that Terry would have been so proud of you–the man, the husband and the father that you’ve become. I know that I am. Son, I will always remember you just like I always remember your dad. Love you. Your Other Dad, David Battle.

Just wanna say, not a better man, guy, and buddy. We were not that close but I’ll guarantee he would do anything for me or my family. Ryan was just down home good. Can’t replace that. We will miss the smile and always “Hey man how you doin” at Walmart. Always missed Ryan!

Ryan was always a special person in my life! He will be greatly missed especially his hugs! I loved the way he always affectionately called me Miss Patty! It was his way of showing me respect even though I always just smiled and told him just to call me by my first name! He is and was very special not only to me but to anyone he met! Love you, Ryan!

Teresa and family,
I was so sorry to hear we had lost Ryan. I could hardly believe it was true. He was such a sweet, little fifth grader, and I was able to see him when he was working on my street. He hadn’t changed at all-still the same sweet guy. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you! May God bless and comfort you.
