Bonnie Louise Earls Chapman stepped into Heaven Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2020. She was born March 25, 1930, in Leachville, Arkansas. Her parents were Barney Fred Earls and Sunshine (Friar) Earls. On June 27, 1948, she was married to William Newell Stone, and to this union her three children were born. In 1967 she married Earl A. “Red” Hall with whom she co-owned and operated Hall’s Auction Service based in West Plains, Missouri. Following Red’s death in 1989, she moved to Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas in 1990, where she started her real estate career as an agent/broker. In 1993 she married Billy N. Chapman in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas where they owned A-1 Realty.

Bonnie is survived by her children – Brenda L. (Bob) Brockman of Burwell, Nebraska; sons William N. (Kathleen) Stone, Jr; and Fred L. Stone, Sr., both of West Plains, Missouri; Susan Chapman and Hugh (Julie) Chapman of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; Grandchildren – Nicole L. (Nathan) Holthusen of Ogallala, Nebraska; Robert O. Brockman, Jr. of Omaha, Nebraska; Sara A. Kentner of West Plains, Missouri; William N. (Rowena) Stone III of Nixa, Missouri; Michelle L. Murray of West Plains, Missouri; Fred L. (Tara) Stone, Jr. of Rolla, Missouri; and Kyle W. Stone of West Plains, Missouri; 11 great grandchildren; sisters – Joyce L. (Walter) Price and Retha M. Aveling and brother Bob W. Earls, all of California; and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends.

Leaving this life before her were her beloved parents, sisters Ruby F. Moffitt and Shirley Ann Rinker; brother-in-law Marshall Rinker; sister-in-law Ruth Earls; nephews Michael and Randall Statler, Philip Price, Cloyce Burkhammer, and great nephew Colin Earls.

Graveside services for Bonnie Louise (Earls) Chapman were held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Howell County, Missouri, with Reverend David Ball officiating, under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.

    Bonnie was a dear friend to so many in Horseshoe Bend Ar. She always helped those in need and had a sweet sweet spirit.
